Responsibilities
Handle all training and development of the team.
Empower employees to work together to reach goals.
Create work plans to ensure operational goals are met.
Handle all hiring, on-boarding, and training of employees and volunteers.
Conduct promotions and timely markdowns, including events and seasonal promotions.
Implement customer service programs to staff, including greeting, explaining policies, and attending to customers in a timely manner.
