Responsibilities

Conduct market research to understand customer and prospect needs
Refine and expand Seso’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on research insights
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align product development with target ICP needs
Create effective content and marketing collateral tailored to the audience
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance
Equip the sales team with necessary information and tools for effective selling
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across marketing and company priorities
Manage and mentor the marketing and enablement team
Translate the Company vision into actionable marketing strategies
Understand and iterate on core marketing channels and drive analytical decision-making
Drive efficiency in Marketing Qualified Opportunities (MQOs) creation and GTM motion

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies
Strong understanding of sales enablement and experience creating sales materials
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
Experience in leading and mentoring teams
