Responsibilities

Provide a secure and auditable environment for IFS Production landscape.
Coordinate security responses to internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with security requirements and regulations.
Monitor security within IFS application environments daily.
Apply technical design, configuration, testing, and documentation standards.
Serve as an expert for IFS Internal Control administration.
Forecast and analyze system defects and production issues.
Create and maintain permission sets for each landscape.
Support user administration activities.
Provide input into project and resource estimating activities.
Conduct security updates during system upgrades and changes.
Create security testing scenarios and execute as appropriate.
Facilitate periodic reviews of IFS access.
Communicate technology issues and solutions effectively.
Maintain relationships with IT management and staff.
Adhere to professional standards and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related IT field.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience designing, configuring, developing, testing, and deploying security solutions within ERP applications (SAP, IFS…)
A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Government, Risk and Compliance access control software.
A minimum of 2 ERP implementations or upgrade experience; Experience in an ERP production support role.
Demonstrated security administration experiences.
Demonstrated knowledge of ERP modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Operations functionality.
Demonstrated knowledge of systems design & development methodologies, project management methodologies and security frameworks.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
Ability to work effectively across and within diverse teams.
Excellent facilitation, verbal and written (formal and technical) communication skills with a good command of the English language.
Strong execution skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure, deliver quality results within standards and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience using MS Office Suite including Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project and Outlook.
Ability to work overtime as required.
