Responsibilities

Define DE&I program and roadmap strategy
Manage the annual nomination process for the DE&I development portfolio, requiring strong influencing and communication skills to drive alignment across stakeholders.
Promote an agile and innovative approach to DE&I development with internal/external stakeholders
Effectively flex between strategically thinking about the needs of senior leaders and optimizing the operation in partnership with the J&J Learn Global Service Center
Partner with the Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Office and Head of HR Diverse Workforce Solutions to conduct needs-analysis, identify needs and close performance gaps by developing end-to-end training programs.
Consult on business needs to identify learning solutions and/or coordinate appropriately with talent management to define desired performance outcomes and provide recommendations for learning solutions
Actively participate in learning governance process, preparing, and presenting learning requests/needs
Collaborate with DE&I Practice lead to direct the planning, implementation, and management of projects in accordance with strategic demand plan for J&J Learn
Develop deployment plan/schedule for assigned areas based on demand plan and any ad hoc priorities
Deliver or support in the delivery of training as needed, such as train-the-trainer or facilitation
Track and manage allocated budget for program
Measure and evaluate program impact and effectiveness, and update program in alignment with the J&J Learn strategy and direction
Manage on-going program deployment (e.g., ILT, VILT, etc.) and updates to ensure alignment with sector/function requirements
Oversee DE&I portfolio/programs in alignment with J&J Learn strategy to drive world-class solutions
Coordinate learning demand/resource planning and prioritization and engage with Learning Strategic Planning to inform budget needs
Oversee Premier Program Operations team resources (Project Manager and Designers), as needed, to design and deliver premier DE&I programs and ensure quality standards are met
Coordinate and provide guidance to J&J Learn Global Service Center design / development and delivery team(s), as needed, to build and execute recommended learning solutions and ensure quality standards are met
Collaborate with J&J Learn Strategy & Performance Operations team (Project Manager and Designers), as needed, to oversee high-complex program design and execution of learning solutions and ensure quality standards are met
Collaborate with appropriate J&J Learn Service Center team(s), as needed, to build / refresh design and execution of recommended learning solutions and ensure quality standards are met

Required

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience building and delivering educational programming for employees
Strong expertise in Adult Learning and Instructional Design
Understanding of or experience working on DEI initiatives is desired
Strategy development and execution
Program Management experience is required
Strong influence management and communications skills
Demonstrated ability to develop internal and external networks
Demonstrated track record of leadership traits (Leadership Imperatives)
Proven ability to partner with diverse multi-functional teams across geographic boundaries
Proven leadership ability to effectively motivate and manage, directly or indirectly, a team including personnel who may be working in other locations in the US and outside the US
Proficient in all Microsoft products
