Wealth Management Solutions - Project Specialist

Responsibilities
Coordinate and assist with the management and prioritization of multiple project plans in support of varied Wealth Management initiatives.
Complete project initiation process, including completing detailed project scoping exercises for the Project Definition Statement.
Track project status and timelines and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Provide dedicated support to Project Manager, including scheduling and leading meetings, tracking project status in firm software, documenting meeting notes, delegating tasks to project stakeholders, and completing misc. project work to keep projects on track.
Gather end-user feedback from Advisors, Client Associates, and other identified project stakeholders; incorporate feedback into project plans.
Draft project-related communications, presentations, and training to inform broad audiences of project goals, status, and impacts.
Identify project-related impacts to policy, procedure, and branch resources (i.e. Branch Guide to Operations); coordinate updates as appropriate.
Complete small-scale projects independently as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, communication, or a related field
Demonstrated understanding of the wealth management industry, including the regulatory landscape, operations, technology, and front office perspectives
Previous experience in Project Management and a basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology preferred
Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of internal partners and external business providers in a proactive and positive way
Exceptional organizational skills and attention-to-detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple demands and competing priorities
Ability to quickly become a subject matter expert in assigned project areas
Self-starter who is able to work independently and in a team
Strong technology and computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) preferred
