Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with business leaders to align data product strategy with overall business goals, encouraging a shared vision and consensus on priorities; then translate these priorities into actionable use cases and executable plans.
Take charge of the data product roadmap, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initiation and planning to delivery and adoption. Ensure accountability for product execution and successful launch activities.
Validate data product ideas and establish a balanced framework for measuring the business impact of data product initiatives.
Understand the market and competitive landscape and solutions products that are aligned or exceed industry standards.
Engage with partners to resolve conflicts and make informed decisions on trade-offs between scope, budget, and timeline considerations.
Ensure consistent, repeatable delivery and drive continuous improvement of team workflows in key areas, including agile development, analytics, competitive intelligence, launch planning, and success measurement.

Required
7+ years of data product management experience creating strategic product roadmaps, leading product execution, and working with cross-functional teams.
Experience with analytic data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir) strongly preferred.
Proven experience working in an Agile environment, SAFe certification a plus.
Experience with data product solutions including experience working with data lake houses in a distributed hybrid and multi-cloud ecosystem.
Strong understanding of various data ingestion, curation, and delivery/consumption approaches, as well as modern data operations and data security practices.
Preferred
Experience with data governance and data science is a plus.
