Responsibilities
Providing project management expertise to deliver IT solutions, acting as the interface between IT and the business.
Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.
Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Developing project plans and schedules, identifying resources needed, and allocating resources accordingly.
Managing project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring progress.
Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
Monitoring project performance, ensuring quality standards are met, and resolving issues as they arise.
Communicating project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through formal change control processes.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Establishing processes and tools to support consistent excellence in project execution.
Liaising between stakeholders and technical teams, transforming business requirements into the selected system solution.
Leading project activities and meeting deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups.
Ensuring a continuous overview and status of IT projects from idea generation to implementation.
Enabling the transition of new processes and systems into operation, including organizational change management.
Leading project planning, scoping, and implementation efforts, involving needed stakeholders for collaboration and alignment.
Managing relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals and provide best practice support for successful adaptation.
Managing travel expectations of 1-2 weeks per annum depending on the project.

Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
5+ years of experience with managing IT related projects or programs, with solid experience with traditional, as well as with agile and lean project models.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a structured approach to stakeholder management.
Effective in driving change management throughout the organization.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good at building and maintaining strong relationships, using functional knowledge as both advisor and influencer, successfully bridging IT and business, to get buy-in to deliver the needed results.
Motivated by delivering excellent results on a personal and team level, while keeping a firm focus on business value realization.
Strength lies in collaboration and relationship building, maintaining a healthy, open and trusting workplace, with integrity and accountability.
Skilled communicator with excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
Strong delivery and collaboration focus, with a positive mindset and the passion to motivate others.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems development lifecycle, and software development methodologies.
Preferred
PMP certification preferred
Experience with specific project management software or tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
Familiarity with agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
