Responsibilities

Contribute through the leadership of the product team (BA, Tech Leads, Scrum Master, and Engineers) and work with the Product Director to define a product roadmap and annual initiatives.

Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure quality standards are followed and impacts across products are communicated effectively.

Utilize research and analysis to determine focus areas, conduct gap analysis, and prioritize initiatives to meet customer needs and adoption.

Lead product management, development, and quality to ensure on-time delivery of quality code and customer satisfaction.

Empower the product team, drive change management, and measure success of delivered capabilities.

Required

Experience working in the Transportation and or Logistics Industry

Experience leading a team of Product or IT professionals

Experience managing multi-month software development projects involving multiple teams or workstreams

Experience setting strategy for a product or team by leading efforts supporting long-term goals and a roadmap focused on innovation and increasing market share

Experience understanding and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and communicating within all levels of an organization

Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority, including development teams

Experience creating structure and processes in fast-paced Agile environment
