Responsibilities
Implements and coordinates key strategic projects according to scope and department initiative.
Develops meaningful reports to support business activities and communicates professionally verbally and in writing.
Monitors milestones and identifies potential barriers to assure successful execution and stabilization of processes.
Provides comprehensive communication regarding project analysis, assignment, timelines, and progress reports to the leadership.
Maintains communication with partners, clinicians, and department leadership to identify needs and constraints of project scope.
Serves as a liaison between multiple client groups and stakeholders across various levels of management.
Participates in meetings, provides meaningful contributions, and assists in driving decision-making.
Effectively implements and manages project needs with various stakeholders, including clear communication and timely delivery of project outputs.
Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Assists with developing clear and concise communications, business cases/analysis, reports, and presentations with compelling data for leadership review.
Utilizes data gathering tools and methods to analyze and gather data needed for project requirements.
Documents and implements training strategies for projects and provides ongoing training, education, and communication required for projects.
Tracks the status and coordinates deadlines of all assigned projects, identifying potential barriers to project progression and working towards solutions/resolutions.
Utilizes efficient and cost-effective work practices with department resources and supplies.
Participates in strategic planning for the department, generates new ideas, and supports hospital and department goals.
Seeks opportunities to expand learning beyond baseline competencies with a focus on continual development.

Required
Bachelor's degree
Three years experience in a related discipline, managing multiple projects of a complex nature for a significant duration
Master's degree combined with HM Fellow satisfies all experience requirements
Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job, especially with regard to activities impacting patient or employee safety or security
Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to conduct effective presentations
Ability to establish and maintain positive Sponsor, project team member and internal relationships
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Advanced spreadsheet skills (i.e. creating pivot tables, performing v-lookups, and managing large data sets). Intermediate word-processing and presentation software skills
Strong project and time management skills
Initiative - Exhibits resourcefulness, independent action and judgment that are position appropriate. Evaluates, selects and acts on various methods and strategies for solving problems and meeting objectives
Professional handling of exposure to confidential/sensitive information
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing demands
