Responsibilities

Collaborate and lead parts of the end-to-end product management lifecycle

Identify and communicate cross-team dependencies and risks

Manage the backlog with continuous sprint planning

Coordinate across controls, risk, compliance, and legal teams

Maintain high visibility over product timelines and dependencies

Support Product Lead in ad-hoc capacities

Identify systematic changes to help product strategy

Plan for resiliency and understand modernization impacts

Manage incident management and enterprise-wide release processes

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products or technology applications ideally in the payments space

Bachelor’s degree

Well versed in both business and technology

Ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, communicate effectively (both verbal and written) and resolve roadblocks as needed

Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring skills a must

Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams with opportunity to be flexible

Comfortable working on ambiguous and/or new concepts

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform at high standards with limited supervision with an attention to detail
