Responsibilities

Define, maintain, and improve processes standardizing delivery for the Beta program.

Keep abreast of new developments in the fields of testing methods, standards, and applications.

Remain aligned with Product Validation teams on testing methods and customer test coverage.

Build and maintain a strong relationship with commercial and brand organizations to provide value in Beta test results.

Deliver best in class communications to all stakeholders clearly and succinctly summarizing Beta customer feedback.

Lead and manage beta and customer projects/programs as assigned.

Collaborate with the Technical Product Management Team on assigned beta projects.

Work with Product Development and Customer Success Team to assure accurate and timely completion of validation activities.

Define and analyze success metrics to assess the implementation of improvements compared to established goals and targets: objective and subjective data.

Assess and make recommendations regarding project/program risks and impacts to budget/timelines to leadership.

Provide program management timelines, milestones, and recommendations for key functional deliveries leading up to and including beta validation.

Provide innovative and disciplined leadership to expand Precision Beta Test abilities, program scale, and value delivered.

Manage the demand for testing services and participate in planning processes to ensure adequate resources.

Provide assistance and direction on testing issues, and keep appropriate staff informed of issues or concerns.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of testing documentation.

Responsible to effectively promote and maintain Precision Beta program customer relationships.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, commercial science or related technical field.

Minimum 5 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Travel is required, potentially up to 50% of time, both domestic and international

Preferred

Previous leadership experience preferred

Advanced problem analysis and problem-solving techniques

Advanced planning and organizing abilities

High level of patience and service with ability to motivate team members

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff

Proficient with a computer, including Microsoft Office
