Responsibilities
Market Research and Product Roadmap Development: Conduct interviews, surveys, and voice-of-market analysis to formulate optimal product roadmaps and inform new launches.
Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a strategic plan, executing growth strategies and regularly assessing the product portfolio for competitiveness.
Business Opportunity Assessment: Conduct research to assess business opportunities, leading cross-functional teams through the new product introduction process.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Measure and report on product line performance, optimizing the marketing mix and ensuring continual improvement of the product portfolio.

Required
BS/MS/PhD in Biology (Cell, Molecular, Micro), Biochemistry, Genetics/Genomics, or Pharmacology.
Minimum 8 years work experience in a technical, marketing or product management in a relevant industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, research, or clinical lab).
Market understanding of regulatory landscape - USP, FDA, EMA, CFDA, etc. will be a bonus.
Proven track record of successfully managing product portfolios and leading new product introductions.
Experience in conducting market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
