Responsibilities
Manage ground-up Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Corporate Offices, & Light Industrial projects up to $50M+ in Texas and the East Coast Region.
Communicate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, internal teams, owners, and stakeholders.
Utilize construction software such as Procore for project management.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required
College degree in a construction related field
5+ years' experience as a PM working for a General Contractor
Prior project experience focused on Commercial, Retail, and/or Light Industrial projects
Proficient with various construction software's such as Procore
Excellent communicator- both verbal and written
Ability to build strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, internal teams, owners, stakeholders etc.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects to completion on time and within budget
