Responsibilities
Conduct month-end closing procedures
Oversee budget operating reports, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
Prepare for board meetings by reviewing reports, conducting research, and providing necessary support
Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements and oversee replacement/capital additions schedules
Manage reserves for replacement including budgeting and funding levels
Assist in preparing, analyzing, and reviewing budgets
Contribute to year-end closing procedures and assist in the preparation of financial statements for audits
Review documentation such as mortgages, contracts, and partnership agreements

Required
Experience: Two years in accounting
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting
Skills: Advanced mathematical and analytical skills, proficiency in accounting systems, strong oral and written communication skills, and effective planning abilities
