Responsibilities
Coordinate TEFL programs and activities for English language learners in Madrid.
Assist English teachers with curriculum development and classroom management.
Facilitate cultural activities and excursions for program participants.
Support participants in securing teaching job placements and additional income opportunities.
Engage with the ex-pat community and contribute to a rewarding experience for all program participants.

Required
Recent college graduate or equivalent
Interest in teaching English as a foreign language
Desire to live and work in Madrid, Spain
Ability to work 30 hours per week
Completion of TEFL or CELTA certificate
Willingness to participate in a 20-hour weekly Spanish course
Availability to teach English classes throughout the school year
Capability to take on additional teaching opportunities such as private classes, online teaching, and assistant roles in schools
Preferred
Previous experience as an English teacher
Retired or economically independent individuals
Proficiency in a romance language
Interest in cultural activities and excursions
