Required
3+ years of experience with large content management systems (CMS).
Exceptional writing and editing skills tailored for digital platforms.
Ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, copywriting, web design, legal, and operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in prioritization and execution of tasks in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines with accuracy.
Customer-centric approach with skills in problem-solving and enhancing operational efficiencies.
Editorial proficiency with a deep understanding of content's role in supporting marketing and commerce.
Strong grasp of web design principles and best practices.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities.
Adaptability and a quick learner, open to mastering new tools and technologies.
Empathy and a commitment to understanding customer challenges and driving solutions.
Preferred
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Adobe Analytics Suite.
Experience with CDNs like Akamai for application caching.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Bachelor's degree required.
