Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models to analyze trends and forecast financial performance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, including revenue projections and expense management.
Conduct thorough financial analysis of business operations and provide actionable insights.
Support decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analysis on trends affecting the company's financial performance.
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide support on ad hoc financial projects.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reporting with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, financial planning software).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Knowledge of financial accounting principles and understanding of financial statements.
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
