Responsibilities
Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive team.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files and records.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions.
Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, taking messages, and managing email inboxes.
Liaise with other staff members and external contacts to ensure smooth operations.

Required
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
High school diploma; additional qualifications as a Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
