Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the glass industry, industrial ceramics, materials, and refractories sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to influence decision-making processes.
Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate material knowledge to meet their needs.
Be a dedicated and self-motivated individual who is responsive to customer requests and focused on business development.
Travel extensively (>75%) for customer site visits primarily in North America.
