Required

5+ years of professional experience in software development.

Proficiency in object-oriented or functional programming languages like Java, Scala, JavaScript, Python, or C# with a strong emphasis on Test Driven Development (TDD).

Experience deploying solutions using containerized microservices (AWS, Docker, Lambda, ECS, Thrift, Finagle).

Familiarity with high-scale performance and optimization techniques.

Knowledge of Agile/XP software development practices.

Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
