Responsibilities
Develop and implement a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
Work with cross-organizational stakeholders to define business and user requirements, scope projects, uphold high usability standards, support development, and optimize products
Enhance user experience and ensure continuous improvement on both desktop and mobile platforms
Work with SEO team and the development team to help manage and help execute technical search optimizations
Act as the primary point of contact for all web product-related matters
Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
Organize and present data in a format that is easily consumable by non-technical users
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership
Involved in all stages of the product lifecycle

Required
Strong understanding of web development and design
Good understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
Experience with product development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing web products
Familiar with digital concepts like SEO and PPC
Collaborative and drives alignment across the organization for product enhancements
Exercises independent judgement
Receives general direction on assignments with minimal review
Customer focused, goal oriented, and have a passion for success
Work effectively in a team and office environment
Must show character and responsibility in dealing with sensitive, confidential information
