Responsibilities
Attend marketing and sales meetings, taking notes, assigning tasks, and managing agendas
Work with internal accounting department on expense reports and payables
Gather and compile data for reports to support teams
Manage events and logistics, including reservations and communication with external event teams
Update website content and assist with basic editing of marketing video content

Required
1-2 years' experience reporting on Marketing and Sales metrics
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with HubSpot and SEO/PPC-focused programs
Preferred
Familiarity with EOS fundamentals/structure
Experience with Google Analytics, semRush, ahrefs, and other SEO/PPC programs
Strong note-taking, filing, and document management skills
Comfortable communicating with professionals at all levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
