Responsibilities

Executing digital programs aligned with marketing and sales strategies to drive engagement, leads, and business opportunities

Maintaining the website, SEO optimization, and creating marketing automation programs

Creating various content including press releases, email campaigns, video scripts, and designing marketing materials

Managing projects, achieving on-time/on-budget results, and supporting market teams

Engaging in analytics tracking, analysis, and reporting for optimization

Demonstrating proficiency in MS Office, website CMS tools, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, SEO, Adobe Suites, and digital paid media

Managing social presence and driving successful projects in a matrix organization

Required

At least 2 years of marketing communications experience

Bachelors degree in marketing communications, digital marketing, marketing or communications related degree

Marketo and/or Google Analytics certification ideal

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proficient in Jahia (or similar website CMS), Marketo (or similar marketing automation tool), Salesforce (or similar CRM system)

Experience in improving SEO including content optimization, site architecture, keyword management, and backlinks

Demonstrates the ability to gain the support necessary to drive successful projects through a matrix organization

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skill

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to meet deadlines, while managing multiple projects

A self-starter that can adapt quickly to changes and re-setting of priorities

Must show the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision

Preferred

Adobe Suites experience (Photoshop, InDesign, PremierePro (or similar software)) preferred

Digital Paid Media experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign manager preferred

Experience managing social presence preferred

Mainly remote but prefer WI (ideally within 1 hr of Wauwatosa for easy access for collaboration meetings)
