Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms to enhance our client's multi-modal AI platform for protein discovery.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and refine model performance.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, bioinformatics, and biotechnology, and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our client's platform.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

Required

Ph.D. in computer science, bioinformatics, biotechnology, machine learning or a related field

Extensive experience in machine learning, particularly deep learning, generative AI, and NLP.

Proven track record of applying machine learning techniques to complex biological datasets, preferably in the field of protein discovery.

Experience with biotech-based language models (LLMs) is highly desirable.

A track record of publications in Machine Learning based drug discovery is highly attractive, as well as the ability to communicate with academic institutions/teams.
