Responsibilities

Ensure organization and tracking of projects

Coordinate the IT demand management program

Support the implementation of the IT operating model

Provide coordination support to the IT Office of CIO

Act as a project coordinator, scrum master, and user experience specialist

Handle administrative support duties such as managing calendars and supporting executive meetings

Support domain workstream coordination including IT recruitment improvement team and IT development program efforts

Provide IT Teams Site support

Ensure organization of the Versa AI program and tracking of corresponding projects

Work with team members to update project status and document project details

Clarify project work and align it with program goals with program leader and stakeholders

Manage project documentation and action items

Ensure project deliverables meet expected outcomes and benefits

Coordinate components of the IT demand management program across domains and representatives

Handle intake documentation, resource reporting documentation, and stakeholder communication and training

Ensure availability of resources for the IT operating model and address any questions

Support stakeholders in establishing role-based teams

Create training and reference materials for the IT operating model team

Support the EIA AI Tiger Team in setting up their Jira instance and tracking their work

Facilitate the flow of relevant information from Jira to MyPPM by liaising with the IT portfolio team
