Responsibilities
Draw on expertise from in vivo based discovery platforms to provide guidance on strategies towards candidate profiles for differing target types.
Design and execute immunization strategies including guidance on best immunogen, adjuvant, and immunization routes.
Perform animal tissue harvest, B cell separation, and refined enrichment techniques for antigen-specific antibody screening.
Collaborate with high-throughput mammalian expression teams for downstream tasks.
Prepare and present technical/project reports to internal/external audiences.
Interface with cross functional teams and remain aware of the competitive landscape.
Contribute to strategies for biologics discovery and engineering.
Set high standards for effectiveness, efficiency, and rigor of thought.

Required
PhD degree in a scientific discipline (or equivalent), or MS with 6+ years relevant experience, or BS with 8+ years relevant experience.
Demonstrates theoretical knowledge of discipline in the field of in vivo antibody-based antibody discovery.
Keeps current with emerging trends in discipline.
