Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the daily P&L process
Research and resolve P&L discrepancies between Front Office and Finance
Provide P&L commentary
Develop and streamline analytical activities and improve controls
Communicate effectively with traders, trade support, and senior management
Review deals and provide related commentary
Reconcile P&L and Inventory to the General Ledger
Attest to Balance Sheet
Prepare quarterly disclosure reports

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, CPA a plus
2 - 3 years of experience in a P&L controller function
Keen interest in financial markets and financial products
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Experience of Fixed Income products is highly desirable
Strong in Microsoft Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred
