Responsibilities

Reconcile supplier invoices with FSRs, master agreements, and entitlements.
Communicate with suppliers, clients, and utilize shipping websites for tracking information.
Review and prioritize requests based on urgency, follow requisition life cycle.
Update purchase orders with core exchange and return information.
Handle procurement policy inquiries, support technicians, suppliers, and clients with part identification and urgent orders.
Create and submit POs following approved sourcing matrix, master agreements, and procurement policies.
Communicate exceptions or delays to technicians and clients, provide timely follow-up.
Handle ad hoc responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
Perform all other assigned duties.

Required

Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience
AP/AR, Accounting, Invoice Reconciliation, Pricing, Purchasing and/or supply chain experience preferred
Customer service experience; ability to initiate and manage phone calls with vendors
Strong customer centric mentality and customer service skills
Advanced written, verbal and presentation communication skills; vocalize issues and solutions proactively
Positive, team player, strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to efficiently prioritize tasks to deliver results. High attention to detail with strong drive for accuracy
Well organized and able to adapt to change
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience using databases preferred
Must be willing to work a non-traditional schedule, as needed during any open hours of the department
Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience

Preferred

3+ years of relevant work experience
Prior professional client services role experience a plus
Experience in healthcare industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
