Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, high availability cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Manage cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
Deploy and debug cloud initiatives as needed, following best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required.
Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact business productivity.
Collaborate with the security team to ensure the cloud infrastructure remains secure and up to date.
Monitor cloud-based systems and solutions for performance, security, and cost optimizations.

Required
Strong understanding of cloud computing technology and infrastructure as well as experience designing and migrating applications to the cloud.
Proficiency in at least one cloud service provider environment: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks (e.g., Python, Bash).
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Understanding of network fundamentals, web protocols, and security practices within cloud environments.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for cloud applications.
3+ years of experience in cloud computing roles such as Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar.
Demonstrated experience with cloud services, including open source technology, software development, system engineering, scripting languages, and multiple cloud provider environments.
