Responsibilities
Process consultant and subcontractor invoices
Setup and coordinate new consultant and subcontractor agreements
Serve as a point of contact with independent consultants, vendors, and project managers
Liaise with corporate business services
Create and edit correspondence documents, reports, and presentations

Required
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of professional experience supporting subcontracts, invoices, and procurement activities
3+ years of Federal government experience
US Citizenship required
OJP security clearance required
Preferred
Proficient in Windows PC environment, including Microsoft Office 365 applications
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team
Extreme attention to detail
