Responsibilities

Own end to end successful execution of large multi-year programs while being a single point of contact for the client as well as CitiusTech leadership in terms of program execution.

Be a thought partner for the client to strategize and structure transformation initiatives.

Work with and integrate multiple service lines delivery to ensure customer's program objectives are met.

Be hands-on and drive program level activities, including but not limited to detailed planning, risk management & mitigation, scope design and definitions, budgeting, change and release management.

Lead cadence and steering committee meetings with the client and have meaningful conversations with client’s technical and management SMEs including architects and managers.

Define, track, and optimize program success criteria, metric and KPIs.

Lead and manage offshore delivery teams and lead internal reviews & meetings.

Work with our account manager/client partner to support account mining and identify opportunities across projects and programs based on higher level visibility and business outcome objectives.

Lead and support proposal creation, estimation, and planning for new opportunities and field of plays.

Required

A collaborative approach with a strong ability to engage with senior/CXO level stakeholders as well as large project delivery teams

Proven experience of successfully leading multi-year, multi-team, large programs in an IT services organization

Experience leading application modernization programs in the healthcare domain (we are open for experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Clinical Applications / Medical Imaging, MedTech (Including Med Devices, or Med Device focused application development), Healthcare Payer or PBM)

Experience leading programs involving AWS Cloud (from an application standpoint)

Working knowledge of Agile / SAFe and standard industry-wide program management best practices

Experience of working in onsite-offshore based model with teams spread across geographies

Proven track record in conflict management, dispute resolutions, risk mitigation

Preferred

SAFe or PMP certification would be nice to have
