Responsibilities
Develop and execute project work plans, adapting them as necessary to meet evolving needs and requirements.
Identify resource requirements and delegate individual responsibilities effectively.
Play a crucial role in M&A activities and associated integrations.
Review team deliverables to ensure quality before client submission.
Apply the company's project management methodology and uphold project standards consistently.
Prepare for engagement reviews and implement quality assurance procedures.
Minimize project exposure and risks.
Ensure project reports are accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored.
Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently.
Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, efficiency, and utilization.
Serve as a single point of contact, processing specific requests in a timely and appropriate manner.
Drive Management of Change philosophy and enforce corresponding procedures.
Supervise project engineers, coordinators, and administrators.
Actively contribute as a member of assigned Business Unit.
Recognize and appreciate each team member's contributions consistently.
Utilize team members to their fullest potential.
Resolve team conflicts and communication issues effectively.
Identify areas for process improvement and propose viable solutions.
Lead or participate in internal teams/task forces as needed.

Required
Willingness to travel extensively for onsite M&A integration activities, approximately 75% of the time.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, with previous M&A and integration experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of on-the-job training or equivalent education; MBA preferred.
Ability to instill a sense of project ownership and accountability in the team.
Collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments such as Operations, IT, HR, Procurement, Finance, and Accounting.
Active coaching and mentoring capabilities to develop Project Engineers and Coordinators professionally.
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for team member improvement and suggesting constructive changes.
Ability to comply with and help enforce standard policies and procedures.
