3-5 years of hands-on experience in Java or .NET development.
Proficiency in enterprise development within an Agile environment.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and web services (SOAP, REST).
Familiarity with issue tracking tools like Jira and the full software development lifecycle.
