Responsibilities
Manage financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for all company divisions.
Collaborate with department leaders to analyze data and provide comprehensive insights into organizational performance.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and decision-making processes.
Prepare insightful reports for both internal and stakeholder audiences in an easily understandable format.
Contribute to process improvement and system implementation projects to enhance analytical capabilities.

Required
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting
2-3 years of experience in financial planning, modeling, and analysis
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
Strong analytical skills paired with sound business judgment
Proactive approach to uncovering insights and assisting in achieving financial goals
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
Meticulous attention to detail
