Responsibilities
Design Strategy: Work with Product Managers to ensure design strategies align with both business objectives and user needs. Convert broad goals into practical design plans.
Ideation and Conceptualization: Develop creative design concepts through brainstorming and sketching that address user challenges and improve the user experience. Engage in design thinking sessions to generate innovative ideas.
User-Centric Design: Perform user research and use insights from Marketing, Voice of Customer, and Customer Insights teams to guide design decisions. Champion user needs throughout the design process.
Visual Design: Produce visually appealing designs that reflect the brand identity and connect with the target audience. Create graphics, icons, and visual elements that boost user engagement.
Design System and Guidelines: Help develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across products. Establish design guidelines to provide a seamless user experience.
Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and user flows. Conduct usability testing to collect feedback and refine designs based on user insights.
Implementation Support: Work with development teams to ensure design solutions are successfully implemented. Provide necessary assets, specifications, and guidance during the development phase.

Required
3 - 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, etc.
Expertise in design principles and technical competencies including color theory, visual design, information architecture, interactive design, responsive design, prototyping, and usability testing.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creative thinking, and user-centered design approach.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
Experience with Design Thinking and Agile Framework methodologies.
Expertise in designing intuitive user interfaces (UI) and interactions across various digital platforms, including web, mobile, and software applications.
Solid understanding of design systems, usability principles, and user-centered design methodologies.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and collaborating with Product Managers, Marketing, and Customer Insights teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing design challenges.
Proven track record of working in an agile environment.
Strong understanding of agile and lean methodologies, as well as design thinking principles.
Diplomatic, relationship building and ability to influence people over whom you might not have direct authority.
Strong customer empathy, able to easily put themselves in the user's shoes.
Grit, a sense of adventure, and a willingness to learn and explore.
