Responsibilities
Lead the planning and coordination of medium to large-sized projects, including project schedules and resource allocation
Facilitate project meetings, manage project risk, and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and action items
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve project issues, and escalate as necessary
Manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting of expenses
Collaborate with project team members to identify and mitigate project risks
Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project status, progress, and results
Mentor and provide guidance to junior project Management Associates

Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred but not required
3-6 years of experience in project coordination or management
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Must have working knowledge of SAP, Integrated Master Scheduling and Earned Value Management Systems
Must be authorized to work in the USA for any employer
Preferred
Project management certification, such as PMP, is a plus but not required
