Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Undergraduate degree
Experience in Medical Billing, Accounts Receivables, and/or Collections within a healthcare or insurance setting
Proficient in quick and accurate alpha/numeric data entry
Computer proficiency in MS Office and web-enabled applications
Familiarity With Medicaid, Medicare, And Insurance Billing Requirements
Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
