Promote financial wellness through organizing and facilitating group sessions and individual meetings for employees of business clients.
Provide consultation to advisors and business owners on effective employee education strategies.
Serve as an expert in employee experience and engagement to ensure a positive financial education journey.

Required
8+ years in financial services or service marketing, demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education
2+ years of leadership experience
FINRA series 7, 66, and applicable state Life and Health Insurance licenses, with the ability to meet firm standards for registration within applicable jurisdictions
Proficiency in Salesforce
Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and influence without formal authority
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport easily across various channels (video, phone, chat)
A self-driven desire to work and think like a business owner, utilizing diverse resources effectively
Strong ability to deal with ambiguity, adapt to change, and demonstrate strong situational awareness
Ability to uncover business owner needs through research, active listening, and review of ecosystem outputs
Ability to provide personal transportation to business-related events
Required to become a non-registered fingerprint person of PSI
Preferred
Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses, with an understanding and empathy for the challenges faced by advisors and business owners
Experience in education and participant engagement
