Responsibilities
Present and communicate AutoPoint products and offerings within the dealership environment
Understand key performance indicators (KPI) for the dealer’s business
Drive improvements in workflow and vehicle inspection processes to increase customer pay revenue
Analyze client performance to identify areas for improvement in fixed operations at dealerships
Proactively communicate with clients up to DP/GM levels and maintain strong business relationships
Develop a culture of continuous improvement in process execution
Effectively communicate AutoPoint’s value proposition and align it with dealer objectives
Review marketing product suite results with assigned accounts and dealerships
Identify program changes and recommend marketing strategies
Share industry findings and AutoPoint knowledge with assigned accounts
Maintain communication with different levels of account/dealer management
Assess performance of existing dealers and manage retention, product penetration, and growth of assigned accounts
Handle customer issues and conflict resolution
Participate in enrolment and review process for new orders, capture account requests for enhancements, and communicate with internal team members
Maintain dealer contacts and business activity in Salesforce.com
Process and file internal documentation/communication in a timely manner

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Sales or Marketing focus preferred) or equivalent work experience. (Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job will be considered.)
Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of Automotive/Marketing experience
Knowledge of sales processes and tools (account planning and key selling)
Knowledge of Dealership Management System software experience (CDK, R&R, etc.)
Ability to develop relationships with key decision-makers
Build relationships with both internal and external customers
Identify, quantify, and resolve customer objections, problems and needs in a diplomatic manner
Present solutions that meet client’s needs and close the sale
Develop strategies, action plans, and metrics to monitor results
Create business development plans
Effectively communicate ideas
Communicate and give presentations in front of groups
Effectively convey processes and training
Listen to others and appropriately act on information provided
Multi-task, prioritize, organize and coordinate projects to meet simultaneous deadlines
Work independently with minimal supervision and under constant deadline pressure
Work effectively in a team
Work effectively in a fast-paced organization.
Use a variety of computer programs / systems to track results (Salesforce.com, Word, Excel, Email, Internet, etc.)
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Sales or Marketing focus preferred)
