Responsibilities

Assists in preparing the monthly revenue models for Hospitals and Physicians.

Prepare monthly analysis in evaluating accuracy of Net Patient Service Revenue (NPSR) calculations

Assist in preparation of Finance and Revenue budgets as needed

Assist in long-term modeling used by Senior executives

Assist in preparing schedules for Governmental reporting in areas of cost reporting and year end audits.

Utilizes decision support, patient accounting, physician database and other systems to produce meaningful reports to aid decision-making

Perform ad hoc analysis of issues to support management inquiries, and other projects and reports as requested.

Identifies opportunities for change and improvement, recommends and implements accordingly.

Participates and performs other Reimbursement department work related duties as assigned or requested
