Responsibilities

Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and social media platforms to attract and convert the target audience.

Develop strategies to promote the company, drive traffic, and identify new audiences for engagement.

Experiment with various content creation, pay-per-click campaigns, social media marketing, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis.

Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.

Oversee and approve marketing materials, including website banners, brochures, and case studies.

Create new marketing materials for advertising and event needs annually.

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals.

Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new hires in the department.

Oversee the daily workflow of the marketing department.
