Responsibilities
Develop, document, and communicate software application requirements for enterprise level applications.
Translate business requirements into software requirements.
Gather and document user requirements for software developers.
Understand System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Conduct software testing and support software issues.
Utilize knowledge of Finance or Human Resource software (preferred).
Demonstrate excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and strong analytical skills.

Required
4+ years’ experience in an enterprise level BSA position
Experience with gathering and documenting user requirements for software developers
Understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with software testing and supporting software issues
Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and strong analytical skills
Preferred
Experience with Finance or Human Resource software
