Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance on building systems.
Utilize the work order system to address individual tasks.
Be available for on-call duties and occasional weekend and night work.
Maintain general knowledge of building systems and operations, including chiller plant, cooling tower, and building automation.
Navigate fire alarm panels efficiently.
Work in a 34-story office building in Boston and a smaller commerce center in the same area.

Required
General knowledge of building systems
Understanding of chiller plant and cooling tower operations
Building automation experience, preferably Siemens
Ability to navigate a fire alarm panel
