Responsibilities
Provide expert document production support for proposals and client deliverables (e.g., tip sheets, infographics, reports, meeting materials, PowerPoint presentations).
Format materials to ensure deliverables meet client branding and marketing requirements and proposals meet BLH proposal style guide requirements and RFP requirements.
Ensure 508 compliance for documents and PowerPoints, including alt text, metadata, and table summaries.
Create templates for proposal writers to use, ensuring drafts are created in a format meeting RFP requirements and BLH style requirements.
Ensure written proposals meet all RFP requirements, including tracking changes from amendments and Q&A.
Lead final production of proposals, ensuring formatting and style adhere to BLH guidelines and RFP requirements.

Required
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing document production and formatting of documents.
Experience with and in-depth knowledge of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, including making sure documents and PowerPoints are 508 compliant.
Expertise in formatting functions and 508-related functions (e.g., alt text, metadata) in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and PDFs.
Experience playing lead role in document production and management of federal government proposals.
Ability to work at a fast pace, under immoveable deadlines, while maintaining fine attention to detail.
