Familiarity with web3 technologies is advantageous but not mandatory.

Motivation to work on innovative projects that manage high transaction and data volumes.
Led or significantly contributed to open-source projects.
Hands-on experience crafting SDKs or developer tools.
Insight into multiple blockchain protocols and cross-chain technologies.
A quant-like approach to problem-solving, valuing precision, and rigor in your work.
