Responsibilities
Compiling and organizing data for reports and presentations for supervisor’s review.
Preparing presentations, reports, charts, and graphs for management.
Researching and designing organization-wide performance and quality training.
Coordinating performance management and PQI capacity building for all levels of management and employees.
Attending meetings on behalf of the COO, taking meeting minutes and notes.
Preparing, scheduling, and attending agency-wide meetings and trainings.
Providing guidance, advice, and training to leadership members on compliance requirements.

Required
Bachelor's degree
A minimum of two years’ professional experience at a social services agency
Two years of supporting a senior level manager/director
Experience working in a non-profit
