Responsibilities
Accurately measure the dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors.
Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations, adapting production specifications to installation requirements.
Confirm details within the sales contract to align with customer expectations and product features.
Provide feedback to sales representatives, resolve job-related questions efficiently.
Determine installation labor duration and materials needed for job completion.
Communicate with installation crew, provide job-specific instructions.
Approve additional installation labor if required.
Troubleshoot installation issues on the day of installation, provide onsite support.
Work with homeowners to resolve installation process issues.
Support sales reps with pre-sale site visits, define project scope.
Support installation leadership in recruiting installation sub-contractors.

Required
High School Diploma
A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the home improvement or other closely related field.
Must have experience in measuring, using hands-on measuring tools.
Previous customer service experience, especially win/win problem solving, and conflict resolution skills required.
Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record. You will be covering the LA territory which spans from Long Beach up through Santa Barbara.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Able to lift, push/pull, and carry at least 40lbs.
Able to stand for at least 6 hours per day.
Able to climb ladders, stairs, and kneel.
Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.
Ability to work in a team environment.
