Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

Implement complex business logic using Apex triggers, classes, controllers, and asynchronous processing (batch apex, future methods, queueable apex).

Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI components and user interfaces, leveraging JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Apex.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP API's, Platform Events, and other integration techniques.

Customize the Salesforce data model, including creating custom objects, fields, relationships, and record types to support business processes.

Configure and customize Salesforce features such as workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and approval processes to automate business processes.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure high quality and reliability.

Optimize Salesforce performance by analyzing and optimizing SOQL queries, Apex code, and data model design.

Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to manage security settings, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.

Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.

Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce platform releases, features, and best practices, and proactively apply them to improve development processes and solutions.
