Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials with a focus on CO Controlling.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
Drive workshops to elicit business requirements and provide functional specifications for necessary product modifications.
Design, customize, configure, and test CO modules.
Act as a liaison with business stakeholders for troubleshooting and propose business process enhancements.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support, document functional designs & specifications, and identify gaps and work around solutions.
Collaborate and coordinate with a global support team and act as a subject matter mentor to junior members.

Required
Minimum BA in Finance area
Functional experience in Finance and/or Costing, should have preferably worked in a finance role
Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and in support projects primarily for the CO area. Manufacturing industry experience would be a plus
Minimum of 7 years of SAP experience in the Controlling side of FICO with Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, and Material Ledger hands-on experience
Preferred
SAP Certification in FICO desired but not necessary
