Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
Assist with special projects and events as assigned
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Provide administrative support to other team members as needed
Preparing materials for meetings, delegations and conventions
Handling international travel logistics

Required
1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative Spirit: Enjoy working as part of a team, providing support to various departments
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Works well under pressure, very well organized and detail oriented
Ability to work as a team with other administrative and professional staff
English & Hebrew high level (reading and writing)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
